CANCELLATION, RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel an order within 48 hours after placing it. We do not accept any cancellations after 48 hours of placing the order. A cancelled order will result in a credit to the user’s credit card/account. Refunds will be processed in the form of a credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days.

RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

All products displayed on our website, without exception, are crafted for the customer on a made-to-order basis with the option to customise the design. Therefore, we have a firm NO RETURN & NO REFUND POLICY on all of our products. We, however, REPAIR, EXCHANGE or ALTER, free of cost, in the following scenarios:

1. Manufacturing Fault

While we maintain the strictest quality control at AKHL DESIGN STUDIO LLP with regard to manufacturing quality, if there is a manufacturing fault in the product for which we are responsible then we will recall the product, repair it if possible, if it cannot be repaired then we will exchange the product.

Evidence of any manufacturing fault must be provided to us on email (info@akhlstudio.com), whatsapp (+917506967917) or Instagram (@akhlstudio) within 48 hours of receiving the product, this evidence must be in the form of photographs/videos that shows the manufacturing fault clearly, without evidence we simply cannot initiate any repair or replacement of any of our products. We would require a minimum to two weeks to complete this process.

Please note: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition as that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.

Please note: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the features & colours of our products that appear on the site. The products on our website are mostly hand-crafted and hand-dyed and as such may have some very minor texture, finishing and colour related variations and this cannot be considered a manufacturing fault but rather inherent characteristics of the product.

2. Sizing or Fitting Fault

While we maintain the strictest quality control at AKHL DESIGN STUDIO LLP with regarding to sizing and fitting of all our products, if there is a sizing/fitting related issue with the product for which we are responsible then we will recall the product, alter it if possible, if it cannot be altered then we will exchange the product.

Evidence of any sizing/fitting related fault must be provided to us on
email (info@akhlstudio.com), whatsapp (+917506967917) or Instagram (@akhlstudio) within 48 hours of receiving the product, this evidence must be in the form of photographs/videos that shows the fitting/sizing fault clearly, without evidence we simply cannot initiate any alteration or replacement of any of our products. We would require a minimum to two weeks to complete this process.

Please note: We cannot be held responsible for the sizing/measurements provided to us by the customer, in case of wrongly provided size or measurements we can still undertake alterations on the product, however, this service will be entirely chargeable to the customer.

Please note: We have ensured that the measurements and sizing descriptions for products furnished on the site are best calculated and stated with accuracy and true to their dimensions. However, due to the inherent characteristics of certain materials, actual measurements of individual items might vary slightly, this cannot be considered a sizing or fitting fault.

3. Damages or Wrong Item

Please inspect your order upon receiving the product and contact us immediately if the item appears to be damaged or if you’ve received the wrong item on email (info@akhlstudio.com), whatsapp (+917506967917) or Instagram (@akhlstudio) along with evidence in the form of photos/videos, we will undertake immediate and appropriate action to resolve the issue.
